Daycare Christmas Party

We went to Emily's Daycare Christmas Party on Friday, the 18th. It was at another daycare child's house, which was a lot of fun! I think the kids really enjoyed themselves and the only snafu was I managed to fall down the basement stairs on my behind. I have a sore butt because of that, and scared Emily half to death in the process, but she was fine. Now all she talks about is Tucker and going to Tucker's house!!!!

Cereal Lover

Emily Loves Cereal! And she knows exactly where it is kept in the cupboard and goes to it all the time. Her newest thing now is she wants to eat cereal like we do, with milk on it and in a bowl. So, I have been giving her some, with just a little milk and cereal and she loves it! She does pretty good about spooning it into her mouth without spilling. But again, I only put a small amount of milk in the bowl.
She has also learned to drink the milk out of her bowl. Which is funny to watch her do, but she is growing up much too quickly!

Playing Football with Uncle Jake

Emily had a football at Grandma's house and Uncle Jake was trying to teach her how to throw and catch the football. Emily got pretty good at the throwing the football, but failed miserably at catching the footbal! There were several instances where Emily got hit in the head with it, because she wasn't looking at all. If memory serves me there were a couple of times, where she almost caught the ball too!

We went to Muskegon to Matt's Mom's House for Thanksgiving this year. We had a good time and Emily was a blast, playing with her uncle's and enjoying time with Grandma. She also spent the next 2 nights with Grandma, as Mom went shopping. I actually managed to get the largest part of my Christmas Shopping Done that day!!!!!!!
