On Tuesday night, we got a random door bell ring at our house. The "Phantom Ghost" made an appearance and dropped off a bucket of goodies for Ms. Emily. We reciprocated the next night and passed the "Phantom Ghost" onto 2 other neighbors in the neighborhood as instructed. I thought it was really cute, but Matt said that he did not support this, so was taking no part in it.
